What can I do with the apps?

 

The Life Insights and Genius Insights apps allow you to analyze your body's energy fields to better understand any disorders or imbalances that may be affecting your state of health and well-being at a given moment. You can also send corrective frequencies back to your body to help restore the natural balance and harmony of your energy fields and thereby imrove your well-being.

Is this a medical application?

 

No, the apps are not medical applicatiosn and are not certified as such. They are purely holistic quantum therapy applications.

I already bought the trial version on iTunes, can I get a special rate for the full version?

 

Yes, the amount you paid on iTunes will be deducted from the normal purchase price. Please let us have the details of your iTunes purchase to benefit from this offer.

How can I buy the app?

 

Just fill in the form on the order page and pay online. We will contact you with your unlock code and send you the free Quantum Geo harness to the address you provided with your payment.

Does the app work on Android?

 

Yes, it has been tested and works on Android 3 and up.

Does the app work on a Mac or PC?

 

No, the app is currently only for Apple iOS and Adroid smartphones and tablets. Only the full LIFE system will run on a PC.

Do you recommend any device in particular?

 

You will find it easier to use the app with a big screen, so get the device with the biggest screen you can. Whilst the app will work on all phones and tablets that use either Apple iOS or Android, we do also recommend the iPad (2 and up) as the best device both for stability and readability.

Can I install the app on several devices?

Yes, but you will need a separate licence for each device. You can get a special reduced rate for additional licences, please contact us for details or visit our special bundles page.

How much does the app cost?

Is the Quantum Geo harness essential to use the app?

 

The app can quite happily be used without the Quantum Geo, but the Geo does help to focus rebalancing on a particular area of the body, and may help reassure your clients through physical contact. If you don't have the Geo, just use audio headphones or even just the device's loudspeakers to receive the rebalancing therapy. We do recommend the Geo for practitioners, you can purchase it here.

Are there any other accessories for the app?

 

Yes, a special EEG headset and imprinter are available, please see the accessories page for details.

How do I install the app?

 

You can download the app from our demo page or once you have purchased it. The demo version is identical to the full version, it is just time limited to 15 days. Please see the detailed installation instructions in the Technical section below.

Do you offer a tryout version?

 

Yes, you can try the app out for Apple iOS or Android free for 15 days, just download it from our demo page.

The demo won't accept my details when I try to launch it for the first time.

Please remember you need to be connected to the internet with your device and your device must be able to send email in order to activate the app in tryout or full mode. It is not necessary or recommended to be connected to the internet when using the app.

Can I save the scan results?

The memory is emptied each time you start a new client, and scan data is not saved. But you can either use a screen capture or the export to email button in the app to save a copy of the scan data for each screen. To capture the screen, press the 'home' button and the 'on/off' button on the top right edge of your device at the same time. This saves a screen capture to your photo library.

 

The export to email button on each screen in the app (see below) will allow you to send yourself an email of the scan results.

How do I save customer data (Dropbox)?

 

Clients records (name, birth date, etc.) are saved automatically each time you start a scan. You can also back up your entire database using Dropbox, see the blog for details.

What if I change or lose my device, will you replace the app?

 

Yes, your licence is a lifetime licence, so we will issue you with a new unlock code if you lose or change your device.

Technical support

What are the system requirements for the app?

 

You should have about 1Gb free on your device, as well as Apple iOS 5+ or Android 4+.

 

The app is only about 400-500MB in size, so any iOS or Android device should be able to accommodate this. However you will need to have a good WIFI connection to download the app, and your device must be able to send email in order to activate the tryout. Please use only the Safari browser when downloading on iOS. Do not use iTunes.

On the download page, click the 'Download' button and accept the installation if you are asked to.

 


Apple iOS downloads

Once you have clicked on 'Download', a temporary icon will appear on the desktop of your device, which will fill with colour as the download progresses. Please be patient, the icon may take a couple of minutes to appear.

When the download is complete, a blue dot will appear next to the application's icon, and you can then click the icon to open the app. You may get a warning message telling you that the Developer is not trusted and the app will not open.

 

 

To fix this, go into your device's Settings > General and scroll down to Device Management. Click on Quantum Life and trust.

 





 

 

Android downloads

On Android devices the installation process may vary according to your device, but in general you will find the installation file in your downloads folder. Double click to install the app.

 

Registering your trial

Once you have installed and opened the app, you will be asked for your name and email to start your trial. Please make sure you have configured the native Mail app on your device before you fill in the form, to ensure that your device is enabled to send emails. If you do not configure Mail on your device, you will not be able to register your trial.

Once you have filled in your details, just click on Continue to start your trial.

I get an 'Untrusted developer' message in iOS and cannot open the app.

How can I update my app?

The app asks me for an activation code, how do I get this?

If you are starting your free 15 day trial, you do not need a code. Just click on Continue or Start trial to open the app.

 

If you have come to the end of your 15 day trial period, you must purchase a licence in order to continue using the app. Once you have done this, you can click on 'Already Paid' and/or Email Support at the bottom iof the activation screen to receive your code, which will be sent to you normally within 24 hours.

I can no longer open the app, how do I fix this?

If your app starts to behave oddly or you cannot open it, the first thing to do is to check for an update:

Make sure you close the app completely before doing this, if you can.

If issues persist, contact us by email. Please be as precise as possible when you describe the issue, as this will help resolve it quickly. Send a screenshot if you can.

 

Asd a last resort, you can delete the app completely and reinstall from the links above. You will have to ask for an activation code again if you have purchased the app. As long as you have configured a Dropbox account, all your data will be restored with the new installation.

My device does not emit any sounds during balancing.

Whilst certain frequencies may be inaudible, is may not be normal for no sound at all to be emitted. If this happens, try changing the parameters in the Balance and Multilayer boxes to see if there is any change in the sound.

You should also check there is enough memory available on your device by closing all other open apps. To do this on an iPad/iPhone, double-click the Home button and slide all other apps upwards to close them. You can also try closing Life Insights also, and then reopening it to see if there is a difference.

If the problem persists, try updating or reinstalling the app (see above).

How do I save my client records

Your client records are automatically saved after each session on a dedicated server. When you first save your records, you will receive an email with a 5 character code that lets you access your data from any device. Keep this in a safe place.

 

 

What happens if I lose or break my device?

 

Your licence is valid for life, we will therefore replace the software if you need to move to a new device..
